1.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using the 88ddb platform ("the Platform"), you ("the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and players. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

88ddb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via the Platform. 2.Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use the 88ddb Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88ddb enforces a strict 21+ age requirement for all services. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be immediately suspended and funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended 88ddb account. Duplicate account creation is prohibited; 88ddb allows strictly one account per player.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform access controls.

3.Account Registration and Verification

When you register an account with 88ddb, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must maintain and promptly update your registration details to keep them accurate. 88ddb may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending review.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88ddb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88ddb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers to selected Bangladeshi banks may also be available. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

88ddb offers various promotional bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all 88ddb bonuses:

• A welcome bonus, where offered, is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

7.Responsible Gaming

9.Limitation of Liability
